Refund / Cancellation Policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before development has started and before we have begun paid work on your project, any unused advance may be refunded as agreed in writing.
After work has started
Once design or development work has begun, advances are generally non-refundable because time and resources have already been used. We will still discuss a fair outcome based on progress completed.
Completed projects
After final delivery and handover, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
